Beijing Xinfu Investment Co. Ltd became Wanli Storage Battery Co. Ltd shareholder in October 1999, and they offer the management right of its subsidiary company, Beijing Fuantong communication technology company, to Wanli through nomination. In the nomination agreement, Wanli will gain 2M management fees per month from 1st Oct 199 to 31st March 2000, and 70% of Fuantong profit would become management fee starting from 1st April 2000 to 31st Dec 2002. With this income, Wanli change the overall balance sheet to positive and successfully remove the “Special Treatment” condition of its company. |
